Will there be any problems when using SN65HVD75 to design an automatic RS485 transceiver circuit?

HEllo,
Yes, SN65HVD75 could be used. Although, for newer designs I would generally recommend the newer THVD1450 device instead.
You can find an alternate auto-direction circuit here:

The additional R/C/diode helps to maintain symmetrical rise and fall times on the differential bus even with higher cable capacitances. If you have any questions on it please let me know.

What are the improvements in circuit protection of THVD1450 and SN65HVD75? THVD1450 can really replace SN65HVD75?
Hello,
THVD1450 is p2p drop-in compatible to SN65HVD75 and improves upon the VCC range supported, the common mode noise immunity, the number of nodes supported, and the ESD tolerance.
