Hi Sir,

My customer build their tape-creek board by using TPS65988DJ and TPS65982BB and function looks good generally. But about type-a port on this design, there's no 5V output.... We see type-a's VBUS is controlled by TPS65982BB. Can we know ho to open the switch in 982BB? Thanks for your kindly help.

PW_VCC5v0_SYS is ok with 5V. But PW-VCC5v0_USB_L is no output... DG_POC_GPIO_2 is high now.

Hi Gary,

The GPIO uses an edge detect to enable and disable the 5V path. Could you verify the GPIO behavior, is it static high? This should come from TR in the design.

Hi Jacob,

Customer response that the signal is always high from TR so we'll ask customer to confirm that with Intel. Due to no U2 redriver on customer's board, there's only 982BB need to be reset at ... system start up right?
