For a poor PCB layout we're unfortunately stuck with, we've found that lowering the VDDA voltage below its 1.0V +/-5% spec gives us reliably good performance, so far over temperature as well. VDDT, DVDD & VDDD are still at 1.0V. Does this make sense from an IC design point of view? Are there serious reservations about operating this pin at this voltage?
