DS90CF388: S-Parameter Model

I am performing some Hyperlynx simulations that includes the Ds90cf388. I was able to get the IBIS model of the website but was wondering if you guys could provide the package S-parameter model?

This is very old device. Let me check on this if the S-para model available.

I reviewed your request. We’ve never offered s-param of package models for any of our devices. The SPICE model can be requested from this link below.
