TPD1E05U06: Leakage current vs temperature when Vio is 5V and -0.2V

Hi Team,

The figure 5 shows the leakage current under different temperature, may I know if there is similar curve when the Vio is 5V and -0.2V?

The datasheet doesn't have capacitance vs frequency curve, the picture below is taken from other product, could you please help provide it with the frequency up to 1GHz?

Hello Hao,

Unfortunately I do not have a curve like that for this device. The only capacitance measurement like this that we have is the line capacitance which is measured at 1 MHz with a 2.5 V DC bias. However, we can discuss adding it to the datasheet in a future revision. Can you email me about this?
