Just like to inquire if you know of a part similar(with same package/pinouts) to TRSF3223E but does not invert the output?

The RS-232 standard requires the inversion. A device without inversion would not be RS-232 compatible. You would need to add inverting buffers before the logic inputs.

Why do you need such a device? Are you actually using RS-232?
