    Hi Peter,

    We do not have errata files for the TUSB8040A and TUSB8040A1, which are not recommended for new designs.  The hub family was updated by the TUSB8041, and then later the TUSB8042 and TUSB8042A after that.  The USB specifications have had many changes from USB 3.0 to the USB 3.2 that were incorporated.
