DS26F31MQML-SP: Junction temperature missing in datasheet

Hi there, for DS26F31MWFQMLV and DS26F32MWRQMLV, what is the max junction temperature? Thermal resistances are listed in the datasheets but (Tj) is not. 

For example, a similar device DS16F95WFQMLV has (TJ) in the datasheet as 175C.
