Dear All

I am using MSP430F2616 series controller.With help of DAC  output, I want to provide isolated retransmission or control o/p to the users,

Please suggest suitable TI IC that can be used with the MSP controller to get the isolated 4-20 ma or 0-1v dc .

    Pradhan,

    to isolate the analog DAC output you would need an isolation amplifier such as the ISO124. this device however requires a minimum bipolar supply of +/- 4.5V. I'm not certain whether this supply is easily avaialble to you.

    Another solution would be to use an external DAC such as the DAC7552 and isolate its SPI interface using a digital isolator such as ISO7241C.
