Hello experts,

I have question about IBIS model of DP83867CSRGZT.

From product page, we can get DP83867IR(What is the meaning of IR?) IBIS model.

Is it same as DP83867CSRGZT IBIS model?

Also, the difference of DP83867 "CS" and "I" and "E" are only "temperature grade" and "Start of Frame Detection Timing"?

Hi Akashi,

The DP83867IR IBIS model is the same as the DP83867CS model. Other differences between the parts include pin count, package, and other features such as GMII being available for "IR" but not "E/CS". However, in terms of functionality, they should be the same.

Customer want to use SGMII circuit. Is it no problem with using DP83867IR for SGMII circuit?

DP83867IR looks not supporting SGMII.

Hi Akashi,

DP83867IR does not support SGMII. If your customer wants to use SGMII, then they have to use DP83867CS. However, the IBIS model can be used for both devices.
