DS250DF410EVM: DS250DF410EVM encountered with "There are no USB2ANY interfaces detected."

Following the DS250DF410EVM User's Guide, connect the DS250DF410EVM Board to PC via USB plug cable  and also with 3.3V power supply to EV Board. The PC software are installed ok, too. When run the SigCon Architect , the GUI always show "There are no USB2ANY interfaces detected." 

We also has one board of DS250DF810EVM and try with the same operate process, the result is connect ok.

So if the DS250DF410EVM board has some issues? Can you help us with the DS250DF410EVM Board issues?
