XIO1100: Difference between ZGB and ZWS

Part Number: XIO1100

Dear Specialists,

Our customer is considering XIO1100ZWS because XIO1100ZBG is discontinue.

Could you please advise questions listed below.

(1) Does XIO2001ZWS completely same electric characteristics with XIO2001ZGB.

(2) Can ZWS package version be soldered without PCB foot pattern changing?

The ZBG package was unexpectedly discontinued by the substrate manufacturer; the ZWS package was created as a fully compatible replacement.

I understand ZWS package is fully compatible with ZBG about both electrical specification and package outline.

The customer could use the same as ZBG.

I'll share this information with the customer.
