SN75LVDS83B: Problem of understanding the datasheet

Part Number: SN75LVDS83B
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TFP401A

Hi everyone,

I am curently designing a card able to display on a screen, my source is a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (HDMI) and I convert the flux to LVDS using a TFP401A and a SN75LVDS83B. I made a first version of the PCB and we have some trouble with several things so I read again the datasheets of both components and I saw something I hadn't seen before. On the SN75's datasheet (page 19) we can observe a typical application, it shows some PullUp resistors on the data input but the name of the component on the schema is SN65LVDS83BZQL.

So my question is: Do I need these resistors on the signals between my 2 components (D[0...27] for the SN75).

Thank you for reading
