Could you please answer the following questions?

SN65DSI84 would be suitable for 1920 x 1200 at 60fps.
Could it also be used for 1920 x 1080 at 60fps?
2.
How far is it capable of trace length for MIPI data lane?
Do you have any design guide for MIPI (DSI/CSI)?
3.
There are two type of standard for MIPI, they are DSI and CSI.
Are these two totally different interface?
e.g.
Is it possible to use CSI compatible device for display connection?
