A DS16EV5110A is used for HDMI signal enhanced chip in the sink , so what do the output is when there is no HDMI signal input?

output is connected with a HDMI scaler chip.

The output of the DS16EV5110A will be in tristate(floating) when there is no input to the device.

Is there any output waveform when the input is floating?

The output has a load (HDMI scaler chip), is not floating

The output will be floating in between 3.3V and 2.8V with a load attached.
