TPS2066: apply voltage from the outside to the OUTpin

Part Number: TPS2066

HI,

I am considering the following contents in performance evaluation.
It is shown in the figure.
Is it OK to apply voltage externally to OUT pin with voltage applied to IN?
EN turns it off.
If the voltage at OUT is higher than the voltage at IN, will it flow back from OUT to IN?

Best regards,
