LMH1226: Registers control

Part Number: LMH1226

I have few questions about LMH1226 as following.

1) Is there a NVM inside to store register setting or it needs a external MCU?

2) If I select CTLE/CDR register page or drivers register page, how can I go back to share register page?

3) Is there any concern if I set configuration by control pins, not registers?

Hi David,

Please below note responses to your questions:

1). It needs external MCU or pin settings.
2). Reg 0x0FF[2:0] settings activates or enables share or other register page. TO enable share reg, please set Ref 0xFF[2:0]=0000'b.
3). You can use the device in pin mode. Register control enables extra features such as EOM capture and many more additional features.
