Hi Sirs,

Sorry to bother you.

We are test 7-13 Vcec will be fail, the voltage around 0.7 v (SPEC< 0.6)

We combine GND/PGND together on currently design,

So we think it cause 7-13 test item fail

Can you share your experience?

This is our EA team's report.

Vcec =0.79 V ,over spech ( use volt-ohm-milliammeter)

How similar is your layout to the figure captured on section 10.2 on the datasheet?

How the grounds are routed and connected can impact noise performance, but 190mV is a large failure.

Does you system have external pull-ups or other components that could be impacting the DC level of CEC?

The type of level shifter that is used on the CEC is passive, so there is likely something shifting the voltage outside of the TPD5S115.
