The CANH/CANL pins of the device will output differential Controller Area Network (CAN) signals per the high-speed CAN physical layer definition in the ISO 11898-2.  Here is an introductory look at the standard:

Does your accelerometer support the CAN interface?

Accelerometer that we are using do not support CAN interface. So is there any IC or controller that converts the output of CAN into analog or digital form so that we can interface it with accelerometer.

Actually we are working on Gesture detection, for that we are using IWR1443 EVM.

Can you throw some light on it.

No, that's not really how it works - CAN is a communications protocol that wouldn't be converted by a single IC into something like an analog voltage.

How does your accelerometer communicate its data?  Let's start there.  Does it use some protocol like I2C or SPI?  If so, is the accelerometer close enough that it could interface directly to your MCU/processor directly?  If not, is there any MCU located along with the accelerometer that could be used to manage a serial bus interface like CAN?
