DS250DF410: Can DS250DF410 be used for 25GBASE-KR interface?

Can this retimer be used for 25GBASE-KR interface?  I don't see 25GBASE-KR in datasheet.

If it is not suitable, please recommend one for us.

    Hi Peter,

    The DS250DF410 does not participate in link training so it is not advisable to use it in the 25G-KR application.  If it is possible for the customer to completely disable link training, then the DS250DF410 could be used in this application.

    For 25G-KR applications I would recommend using a linear re-driver.  The linear response allows Tx FIR information to pass through the redriver and link training can still take place.  The best device we have for this application is the DS280BR820.
