TIC12400-Q1: I need the value of the leakage current in the /INT pin “pin 24” in the high Z state,

E2E,

We are using the TIC12400QDCP*Q1 in one of our Design, and I’m working on the WCA of some blocks.

 

Please I need the value of the leakage current in the /INT pin “pin 24” in the high Z state,

 

This will help to complete some calculations.

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for using e2e.

    You can see in this spec in the Electrical Characteristics table.

    The INT pin is an open drain output and will be high impedance when the INT pin is not asserted. 

    When the INT pin is asserted you can calculate the impedance when it is pulled low by 0.35 V = (2mA)(R), R = 175 ohms. 

    Based on the design specs of TIC12400-Q1, the leakage current  in the  INT pin will be around 1 uA in the high Z state.
