Hello,

TPD4E02B04 can be used for 10Gbps signals however I believe that is split up between several channels so you do not need ultra low capacitance.

However, isn't this signal switching on 5V? If so this part cannot be used. I would recommend the TPD4E05U06 instead.

In addition, do we have ESD solutions for SFP+ signals?

The VRWM of the TPD4E02B04 is 3.6V.

I am not familiar with SFP+. What is the voltage for the signals and the signal frequency?
