AM26C32: What's the junction temperature ?

My customer would like to know the junction temperature of AM26C32QDR.

We can only found junction resistance from the datasheet.

could you provide the junction temperature?

Alex,

The max junction temperature of AM26C32QDR is about 150c. Please note that the receivers don't drive much load. The power dissipation of the IC is limited even with four channels on.
