    Hi Roy,

    We currently do not have plans to automotive qualify the TPD1E0B04.

    A device we are currently working towards auto qualifying would be the TPD1E01B04DPYR. This device has a slightly higher capacitance (0.2 pF vs 0.15: typical for DPY package), but offer higher ESD protection.

    Samples for the TPD1E01B04DPYR are expected 1Q21 and RTM by 2Q21 if there's no qualification issues.
