DP83848Q-Q1: 100Base-TX Receive Threshold

We want to know the the100M receive voltage threshold of DP83848Q-Q1, the datasheet only has the 100M transmit voltage.

What is the reason for driving the request for this parameter?

My customer wants to know the receive voltage threshold so that they can judge if their signal chain can work normally. Because there are FPC is used in the signal chain.

Hi Hao,

There is not data showing the minimum receive voltage threshold the DP83848Q can accept as it is dependent on multiple factors such as cable characteristics and length as well as signal integrity.

May I know why Ethernet doesn't have this spec?

Because almost all the interface such as SPI/I2C/LVDS has the requirements for the minimum received voltage.
