Are you asking for the mass of the IC itself? Or just the package surrounding the silicon?

Just to follow up, I'm still searching for this. I'm working with the fabrication sites to see if this is something they record. The packaging team didn't have any information for me.

Thank you for waiting Alpha. I was able to get a rough estimate for what the mass of an individual IC would be. With the IC and packaging, the mass is close to 0.18g.
