Hello,
The device has an internal voltage doubler / multiplier.

Which switching-frequency is used?

Is there an application note to avoid EMC interference radiation by the voltage doubler or are the capacitors sufficient?

    Wilfried,

    The internal clock is about 1MHz, however what matters more could be the regulator's switching time (this blog might be helpful).

    What's the EMC requirement? To mitigate EMC, larger cap ratio and large cap value can be considered for the charge pump cap. People also add cap on the bus.
