I have gone through Customer Support and have been directed to this forum to help resolve my issue.
Our company manufactures process instrumentation for Hazardous Locations (Explosive Atmospheres) and uses this component (ISO7041) in one of our products that we have submitted for safety Certification in Korea. Because this is considered a safety component in our design, the Korean agency is requesting that we provide the detailed IECEx TR for the component for their review. The component is listed under Certificate IECEx CSA 19.0040U and references the IECExTR CA/CSA/ExTR19.0013/00 and /01. It is these last two reports that I am requesting. I understand these reports are not public information and it is not likely that you would provide this report to us, but rather ask you if it can be provided directly to the Certification agency for their review. If this is possible, I will provide the contact information for the Certification Agency making this request so that this issue can be resolved. Many thanks, Steve
