ISO6762: part number notation

Part Number: ISO6762

Hello,

I need your help to determinate what is the difference between these 2 parts. I couldn’t find the meaning for the “F”.

 ISO6762DWR

ISO6762FDWR

Also, can you please let me know what is the meaning for the code “Q” : ISO6762FQDWRQ1

Is there any document where explains all these codes?

 Thanks,

Adam

  • Hello Adam,

Thank you for your question. The F indicates that the device has a default output of low, the absence of an F indicates a default output of high. The Q identifies this as an automotive grade part, and the Q1 at the end specifies it is grade 1.

We don't currently have a document that lists all these codes, but we do have an FAQ that breaks down major portions of the device name.

    Regards,
    Darrah
