my question is that whether is this function disable during soft-start stage?

    Hello Jay, 

    Thank you for reaching out. The current clamp limiting feature is available when the device is fully powered and under normal operations. The soft-start circuitry is only active at start up and when EN is enabled. As a result, you can consider these two features separate.
