    There are no P2P replacements for these devices.

    The EL2501 is a phototransistor optocoupler; the ISOM8110 has the same electrical characteristics, but in an SMD package.

    The ISOM8711 is designed as a direct replacement for the HCPL-M600/611, which is the 5-pin version of the 6N137.

    The H11L1 is a 1 Mbps device; the ISOM8711 is faster and has a different package and pinout.

    The ISOM devices emulate a LED input. If you can change the circuit so that you have two power supplies and single-ended signal inputs, then you can use any ISO isolator.

    Hello Tony,

    As Clemens stated, we do not have direct package compatible opto-emulators. 

    ISOM8710 is the closest functionally to H11L1 and 6N137SD, and ISO8110 is the closest to EL2501-G. The opto-emulators will have faster data rate and bandwidth than the traditional optocouplers. 

    ISO7740 and digital isolators are preferred for digital signals due to higher channel density, improved isolation, and faster data rates. However, this would require a redesign of the PCB an isolated power supply.

    Thank you for your reply.

    My customer EE is Medical Patient monitor.

    Due to the existence of medical standards, the customer actually needs an isolation level of >5kV .

    Since the customer has already created an isolated power supply based on a fly-back topology, isolated power supply is not an issue .

    So , Optocoupler emulator cannot be used in this socket.

    Are there any other good ideas?

    Hello Tony,

    I will follow up with you offline for specific details on this opportunity. 

    As of today, TI uses digital isolators to support >5kV isolation.
