ISO7742: pin to pin replacement

Dear experts,

My customer is looking for a device to replace Si8238AD, soic-16 wide body package. I recommended ISO7742, however it's not completely pin to pin, and they need Vcc1=3.3V, Vcc2=12V. Do we have proper device, especially completely pin to pin to compete? Thanks.

Search for isolated gate drivers in a 77 mm² SOIC package. The UCC21540 looks promising.

Hi,

Thanks for your recommendation. However customer need pin to pin digital isolator(like below), not isolated gate driver. If we don't have pin to pin device, please let me know as well. Thanks.
