Hi,
my customer's system is as below:
there will be 6 ISO1042 of 6 different board on the same bus.
It seems that only the two most far away ISO1042 need to add 120ohm terminate resistor, right?
Then my question is: only at the process of connecting the 6 boards together we will know which two are most far away. So the design engineer would not know if one specific board has to be soldered with 120ohm. We have to tell by ourselves which 2 are most far away and then solder the 120ohm, which can't be done by automatic manufacturing, right?
