SN74AHC244Q - maximum junction temperature

I am interested in the maximum junction temperature of the SN74AHC244QPWR. The data sheet states only the maximum storage temperature at 150°C.

    Hello Thomas,

    As this is an older device, we do not have this information available. TI can guarantee that Ta(max) is 125C from the datasheet.

    However, a lot of our devices have Tj(max) set to 150C which would probably apply to this device as well. Please note that this value cannot be guaranteed by TI as it is not listed in the datasheet.
