Let me known the difference between TPS65320QPWPRQ1 and TPS65320BQPWPRQ1.

I can’t find the difference in the datasheet.

    Ushikubo-san,

    The "B" revisions addresses a few issues of the original version:

    Addressed BUCK output overshoot issue: TPS65320-BUCK output has an overshoot at disabling, in case LDO is already disabled
    Addressed long term fuse re-growth potential in TPS65320 and altering device analog parameter trim values
    Addressed power dissipation issuein TPS65320 when VIN > 20V and LDO is supplied by VIN and LDO output is shorted to ground
    Addressed LDO and BUCK output droop issue (around 5% with TPS65320) when VIN < 8V at cold temperature (-40C)
    For new designs, we recommend to use the "B" revision.
