Is the referenced part a total Bipolar device, or are there other device types such as MOS or other types in the design that need to be included when Radiation Testing of this component?
Please let me know if there are any type sub-components in this device that require additional testing from the test list below.
Our planned test requirements are:
1. Prompt Xray Pulse, Dose rates 1.0E6 to 1.4E9 Rad(Si)/Sec.
2. Total Dose after ELDRS; Dose for ELDRS 1,000 Rad(Si) at Dose Rate of , <0.01 Rad(Si)/sec., Total Dose 3k to 300k Rad(Si) at Dose Rate of 50.0 to 300.0 Rad(Si)Second.
3. Neutron NSEE Planned Cumulative Fluence of 1E+12 n/cm2 from Fast Burst Reactor.
