Thanks for your response. We have space limit on PCB. And our unit is in last proto stage. So, we don't want to disturb layout much with bigger part.. We prefer a simple IC with least pins and preferably SOT package. VCC,GND, CT (to set reset time) Signal IN and signal out pins. Our preferred logic of output is inverter from input.

Would there be any issue if we use TPS3422 for our application?

The TPS3422 is handled by a different team inside of TI -- please create a new thread using TPS3422 as the part number to inquire with their group.

Thank you. I did raise a separate thread for it. But, any comments on which would be better suited for our application TPS3422 or SN74LVC1G123?

Application requirement:

Generate a LOW PULSE without delay(and comes back high after pulse width duration irrespective of the status of input signal) whenever the input signal goes LOW.

We need to generate low pulse when input is high. SN74LVC1G123 gives input on output. Do you have any other part which gives active low pulse irrespective of input status?

The SN74LVC1G123 has separate inputs to allow triggering on falling and/or rising edges. (See section 5.2 of Designing With the SN74LVC1G123 Monostable Multivibrator.)
