SN74AHC1G04: Pspice for TI model for this part generates simulation error

Part Number: SN74AHC1G04

using a very simple configuration with the part supplied in the built in parts : A input is grounded , Y output to a 10p capacitor Vcc to 3.3V Agnd to system ground i get this error. any hints of what to look for?
