What denotes the package? The part number I have specifically is CD74HC377PW. Let me know if that helps or if you need more information.

The PW at the end of the orderable part number is the package name.

This device has Cu bond wire material.

Yes this device is plastic encapsulated. All our devices are plastic encapsulated except the military or space grade parts.
