I want to use this part for a space application. Is it similar to the SN54AC14-SP (5962-8762402VCA) as far as radiation tolerance, which is Rad-Tolerant: 50 kRad(Si) TID?

Hello,

Unfortunately we don't have radiation test data for the majority of our logic parts. In the past, these had been tested by our customers for their particular applications.

It's my understanding that JPL used to keep a public database of their results, but that is no longer available.
