SN54AC14-SP: Datasheet not showing 5962-8762401VDA

Hi, I found a different thread taking about the differences between 5962-8762401VDA and 5962-8762402VDA. The "01" version in sock on ti.com but it is NOT listed in the datasheet. Is this a space rated device? I do see it in the SMD, but the differences are not clear. My customer would like confirmation on what exactly are we getting (datasheet parameters) for the 5962-8762401VDA.

According to the SMD, the parameters are the same for all three device types. There are different dies, and only 01 and 03 have been radiation tested.

The radiation report on ti.com is the for the "02" device. This still doesn't add up.

Hi Kannan,

The Package Option Addendum, which includes the complete device list associated with the datasheet, was not properly appending (it's an automated system). I've put in a ticket to get this fixed and we should see the POA show up tomorrow.
