    Yes, these are per channel.

    What is the actual problem you're trying to solve? For large loads, a power switch like the TPL7407LA might be more suitable.

    Hi Kengo,

    Going off Clemens' answer a little bit:

    IOH and IOL will be per channel. However, the recommended operating conditions do not mean that the device will always output 24 mA. These are values that have been tested internally. For example, when the device was tested a load was applied that drew exactly 24 mA.
