Good morning.

I am looking for information about the mentioned product (SN54LVCH244A-SP).

This component is included in the TI space catalogue but on the product page or datasheet there is no TID or SEE information available.

(a counter-example: for SN55LVCP22-SP there is also no mention of TID or SEE in the datasheet, but under the Technical Documentation one can find the Radiation Report).

Is similar information available for SN54LVCH244A-SP?

    Hi Francesco,

    Unfortunately, we do not have radiation reports for most of our logic space parts.

    Here is a list of devices which do have TID ratings:
