SN74ALVC164245: B side as input ,A side as output have jetter

Part Number: SN74ALVC164245
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LV8151

Hi Expert

We found that when we use B side as input A side as output ,the output have ringing.

This is sch.

The input is conected optocoupler , After the photocoupling state changes, a series of jitter is found after the output level is switched. Below red is input ,yellow is output .

Below yellow is input(TP79) ,red is output(TP78) .

Below YELLOW is input , red is output .

We test found ;

1. In many times test ,the jitter is occur in input lever 5V .

2. We use signal generator as input ,Adjusting the time of rising edge, it is found that the output signal no longer jitter when rising to a certain extent.

3. According to datasheet all used IO push pull , the jetter is still exsit.

4.We use A side as input ,B side as output ,the jetter not occur .
