Perhaps you can post the helpful information of what exactly you asked and what exactly they responded with?

I asked why the date on 1st datasheet is prior to Date Of Introduction? There is about 3 years différence.

Answer from Christian Jhon Nebrida was :

As per investigating with our internal team, the difference is as specified that the date on the datasheet is the date of the original datasheet and it is not relevant to introduction date being any difference to the product.

I think you may be misunderstanding me then.

I want to know where you got the introduction date from -- it may be different because a system has an incorrect date entered, or it may be related to something else.

Introduction Date was given to me by Christian. I don't know where he found it
