Hello,

I have been testing the SPICE model rev.2 dated 01/01/2019 of SN74AUP1G34 in TINA and in Orcad-PSPICE.

I have a good behavior in DC sweep but in Transient with a pulse input, the model diverges in both simulators.

Has anyone experienced this behavior?

Hi Eduardo,

Do you have a TINA and/or PSPICE testbench you can send here? I believe they have to be in a zip file format.

Here you are a link for a TINA tesbench, in PSPICE results are the same.

Hi Eduardo,

It seems you uploaded to a file sharing site which we don't have access to. In a replay, you can click on "Insert" and attach the zip from there (highlighted in the picture).
