SN74AUC1G240: SN74AUC1G240 Doesn't Invert

Part Number: SN74AUC1G240

The spice model for SN74AUC1G240 seems to be incorrect in that it doesn't invert. I have tried the spice model from a similar part (SN74AUP1G240) and that behaves as expected. Please can you provide a fix?

Hi Dan,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like the model was mistakenly created as a buffer.

The fix is very quick and easy in any text editor.

Just find this section:

Then change "AND" to "0" and "NAND" to "1" -- I will look into getting the model updated for our website as well.

,Attached is the zip file for the fixed model. I did a quick simple circuit and it was inverting as intended. If you see different results please let me know.
