SN74LVC1G32: YZP pin assignment in data sheet and Ultra Librarian

Part Number: SN74LVC1G32

Hi,

I'm using SN74LVC1G32YZPR (DSBGA (YZP))

and checked pin assignment in datasheet and land pattern in Ultra Librarian.

It seems the assignment is different.

for example,

pin C1 is "GND" in the datasheet

but pin C1 is "A" in Ultra Librarian.

This is my misunderstanding?

Hello,

You are correct that these two do not agree.

The datasheet is the official specification of the device, please use the pinout as described in the datasheet.

Thank you for your comment. I agree with your comment.
I'd evaluated the pin assignment using the actual device and checked that the data sheet was correct.
I requested Ultra Librarian to fix the difference.
I close this case.
