Hi team,
My customer would like to know power consumption at different working temperature.
May I have your help, thanks.

Hi Jason,
Unfortunately we have no characterization data at 70ºC and -40ºC. The static power consumption is PS = VCC ICC(max). If the supply voltage is at 5.5V then
PS = 5.5V * 10μA = 55μW.
If you are looking to calculate dynamic power consumption you will need to calculate the Transient Power Consumption, Capacitive Load Power Consumption, and Resistive Load Power Consumption. Please refer to this FAQ How do I calculate power consumption for my CMOS logic device? which discusses how to calculate these values and also includes an Excel calculator for power consumption.

Sebastian
Hi Muriel,
Thanks for your sharing.
based on this link, which mean at different temperature the power consumption is the same?
is it possible to let my customer estimate the power consumption at different tempertature.
Jason
Hi Jason,
For static power consumption this will be the same over the operating free-air temperature range. PS = VCC ICC(max) and the ICC(max) is the maximum current flowing through the supply anywhere across this range.

Sebastian
