Hi there, a customer is asking if SN74LVC1G132DBV has a bake at the during/end of assembly or before pack. What are the conditions (duration + temp) or is there a particular standard that is used?

Hi Kannan,

I believe you're asking about the MSL (Moisture Sensitive Level) rating and information regarding that. The datasheet includes the MSL rating in the Package Option Addendum:

Emrys,

No, I believe they are asking for bake conditions in assembly (dry bake?). What can you share? Typically I am assuming there is a bake before vacuum pack.

This is an MSL1 commercial device - it is not baked during assembly.
